The invention relates to methods for manufacturing metal products by rotary extrusion on a mandrel. A known method of manufacturing a hollow thick-walled axisymmetric metal part in which rotary extrusion of a hollow metal billet on the mandrel is performed in a single operation, the inner and outer shoulder. According to this method, the reduction of the outer diameter of the workpiece and the simultaneous execution at one of its ends of the inner collar are carried out by reverse rotational pressing. However, in the manufacture of the outer collar of the part remains untreated, due to which its inner diameter in the zone of this collar differs from the inner diameter in the zone of the treated part. In addition, due to the processing of the entire workpiece only by the method of reverse rotational extrusion, there arises the axial direction curvature of the part due to this processing method. These deviations of the dimensions and shape of the part lead to the need to provide for a large allowance for subsequent machining of the part. The invention is based on the task of developing a method for manufacturing a hollow thick-walled metal part having the shape of a rotating body, one inner and one outer shoulder, which provides a high level of accuracy in the shape and dimensions of the part, eliminating the subsequent precise processing of the part and removing a large metal layer. The requirement for high precision should relate primarily to the linear dimension between the inner and outer shoulder located at opposite ends of the part, to the inner diameter of the part and to the straightness of its axis. The aim of the invention is to increase the utilization of the material of the workpiece and reduce energy costs. This goal is achieved by the fact that, after reducing the outer size of the workpiece and simultaneously performing a reverse rotational extrusion of the inner shoulder at one end of the workpiece, the middle part of the workpiece is pulled out and the outer shoulder at the other end is carried out by direct rotational extrusion. FIG. 1 shows an apparatus for carrying out the method before the start of the rotary extrusion process; in fig. 2 same, after the inner collar; in fig. 3 - the same, after stretching the middle part of the workpiece; in fig. 4 is the same after finishing the outer collar treatment. For the implementation of the method, a rotary-press machine is used with a driven caliper moving relative to the machine table. In the spindle 1 of the drive support of the rotary-pressing machine, a pressing mandrel 2 is clamped, the shape of which corresponds to the shape of the cavity of the part being manufactured. On the pressing mandrel 2, the driving cartridge 3 is mounted with the possibility of axial movement synchronously rotating with it. On the machine table 4, a pressing device 5 is installed coaxially with the pressing mandrel, the working size of which can be adjusted. In order to perform the floor treatment, the metal blank 6 (pipe) is mounted on the pressing mandrel 2 and abuts one end on the lead cartridge 3. When the caliper is lowered, the blank rotates and is processed according to the reverse rotation extrusion scheme by a pressing device 5 which is set to the required diameter processing. This reduces the diameter of the workpiece and at the same time performs W ////// M there is an inner shoulder 7. The drive torque is transmitted to the workpiece by the lead cartridge. After the inner collar 7 is made, the driver cartridge is separated from the workpiece, and the drive torque is transmitted to the workpiece through the shoulder of its inner collar from the pressure mandrel.
